About ZU2B.com
ZU2B.com is a for-profit web services business operating in the State of Florida. We accept voluntary donations from customers and supporters to help fund our mission of providing free starter websites to organizations and nonprofits that lack the financial means to establish an online presence on their own.
By donating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Donation Disclosure Statement.

How Donations Are Used
Donations received through ZU2B.com are used to fund the design, development, and hosting of free starter websites for organizations and nonprofits that do not have the financial means to build an online presence on their own. Our goal is to lower the barrier to entry for mission-driven groups that need a digital home to grow and serve their communities.
Voluntary Nature of Donations
All donations to ZU2B.com are entirely voluntary. Making or declining to make a donation does not affect any services you receive as a customer, nor does it create any contractual obligation on the part of ZU2B.com. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless separately agreed upon in a distinct written service agreement.
No Goods or Services in Exchange
ZU2B.com does not provide goods, services, or any material benefit to donors in exchange for their voluntary contributions, unless such benefit is separately agreed upon in writing as part of a distinct commercial transaction. If any goods or services are provided in exchange for a payment, that transaction is a sale, not a donation, and will be documented accordingly.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or as the result of an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date at ZU2B@pillarcopia.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our criteria for erroneous transactions.
Florida State Disclosure
ZU2B.com operates as a for-profit business in the State of Florida. This solicitation is made by a commercial entity and is not subject to registration under the Florida Solicitation of Contributions Act (Chapter 496, Florida Statutes) as a charitable organization. Donations received by ZU2B.com are treated as business income under applicable state and federal law.
Donor Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with your donation — including your name, email address, and payment details — will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.ZU2B.com. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your transaction or comply with applicable law.
