Urgent June 12, 2025
Pool Closure — Scheduled Maintenance June 18

The community pool will be closed on Wednesday, June 18 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for annual pump maintenance and chemical balancing. Normal operating hours will resume at 4:00 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Landscaping Schedule Change — July Mowing Moved to Thursdays

Starting July 1, the mowing schedule will shift from Tuesdays to Thursdays due to contractor availability. All other landscaping services remain on their current schedule. Contact the office with questions.

The community entrance gate has been reprogrammed. New access codes have been mailed to all registered households. If you did not receive yours, please contact the management office.

Annual Community Picnic — July 4, Maplewood Green

Join your neighbors for the annual Fourth of July community picnic. The HOA will provide the grills and tables — residents are asked to bring a dish to share. Activities for children and live music from 1–4 PM.

Reminder May 28, 2025
Parking Reminder — Overnight Street Parking Restricted May 30–June 2

Street resurfacing on Oak Lane and Birch Court will require no overnight parking from May 30 through June 2. Please use guest lots or your driveway. Vehicles in violation may be towed at owner's expense.

Landscaping
Lawns mowed weekly May–Oct. No decorative items beyond 12" high in front setback. Trees over 6" diameter require approval before removal.
🚗
Parking
No overnight street parking. Commercial vehicles, RVs, and boats must be stored in garages or approved off-site. Driveways max 2 vehicles.

Architectural Changes
All exterior modifications (paint, additions, fences, structures) require written Architectural Review Committee approval before work begins.
🐕
Pets
Dogs must be on leash in common areas. All pet waste must be removed immediately. Maximum 2 pets per household. Prohibited breeds listed in CC&Rs.

Noise
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM daily. Contractors and landscapers: 8 AM – 6 PM Mon–Sat only. No amplified outdoor sound after 9 PM.

Trash & Recycling
Bins set out no earlier than 6 PM the night before pickup. Must be returned to storage by 8 PM pickup day. No bins visible from street at other times.
