Do you work with small businesses, or only larger firms?
Most of our clients are small and mid-size businesses with 1–50 employees. We work with sole proprietors, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and LLCs. We don't have a revenue minimum — we're selective about fit, not size.
What does your onboarding process look like?
It starts with a free consultation — usually 30–45 minutes — where we learn about your business and what you need. From there, we'll recommend the right service package and provide a written engagement letter with clear scope and pricing before anything begins.
How do you handle sensitive financial documents?
All documents are transferred through an encrypted client portal — no email attachments for sensitive data. Physical documents are handled according to IRS security standards and destroyed by certified shredding when retention periods are met.
How is your pricing structured?
We use fixed-fee pricing for most services — no billable hour surprises. Monthly accounting and payroll are quoted as flat monthly rates based on transaction volume and complexity. Tax returns are quoted per engagement. You'll always know what you're paying before we begin.
What if I'm switching from another accountant?
Very common. We handle the transition directly — including requesting prior-year returns and records from your previous accountant, cleaning up any existing books, and ensuring there are no gaps in compliance. Most transitions take 2–4 weeks with no disruption to your operations.
