ZU2B.com is a for-profit web services business operating under PillarCopia in the State of Florida. We accept voluntary sponsorships from individuals, businesses, and organizations to help fund our mission of providing a free website service for the 1st year to nonprofits and community groups that lack the financial means to establish an online presence on their own.

By submitting a sponsorship commitment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Sponsorship Disclosure Statement.

  • If you are seeking a tax-deductible contribution, we recommend donating directly to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

03

How Sponsorships Are Used

Sponsorships received through ZU2B.com / PillarCopia are used to fund the design, development, and hosting of free websites for nonprofits and community organizations that do not have the financial means to build an online presence on their own. Our goal is to lower the barrier to entry for mission-driven groups that need a digital home to grow and serve their communities.

ZU2B.com / PillarCopia retains full discretion over the selection of recipient organizations and the allocation of sponsorship funds. A sponsorship does not guarantee that a specific organization will receive a website, nor does it entitle the sponsor to direct or influence how funds are applied to any particular project.

04

Voluntary Nature of Sponsorships

All sponsorships to ZU2B.com / PillarCopia are entirely voluntary. Making or declining to make a sponsorship commitment does not affect any services you receive as a customer, nor does it create any contractual obligation on the part of ZU2B.com or PillarCopia. No goods or services are provided in exchange for sponsorships unless separately agreed upon in a distinct written sponsorship agreement.

05

Sponsor Recognition & Benefits

Unless separately agreed upon in a written sponsorship agreement, ZU2B.com / PillarCopia does not provide material goods or services of significant monetary value in exchange for sponsorship contributions. Sponsor recognition options — such as name listings on ZU2B.com, social media acknowledgments, or impact reports — are offered as gestures of appreciation and do not constitute goods or services for tax purposes. If a distinct commercial arrangement is made, that transaction will be documented separately from this sponsorship program.

06

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a payment was made in error or as the result of an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date at contact@ZU2B.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our criteria for erroneous transactions.

07

Florida State Disclosure

ZU2B.com / PillarCopia operates as a for-profit business in the State of Florida. This solicitation is made by a commercial entity and is not subject to registration under the Florida Solicitation of Contributions Act (Chapter 496, Florida Statutes) as a charitable organization. Sponsorship payments received by ZU2B.com / PillarCopia are treated as business income under applicable state and federal law.

Florida residents are advised that sponsoring a for-profit business does not carry the same legal protections or financial accountability requirements as donating to a registered charitable organization. You are encouraged to review this disclosure carefully before contributing.

08

Sponsor Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with your sponsorship — including your name, company, email address, and payment details — will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.ZU2B.com. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your transaction or comply with applicable law.
