Where does “ZU2B” come from?
Every great name has a story — ours started with the Basque language, one of the oldest and most distinct languages in the world. The word zutabea (pronounced “zoo-TAH-bay-ah”) means column or pillar. We shaped it into ZU2B — pronounced “zoo-to-be” — a name that carries that same spirit of strength and foundation into everything we build.
That meaning runs deeper than just a name. A pillar holds things up, makes everything else possible, projects strength into the world. It’s also where PillarCopia gets its name — our parent company is built on the same idea: that a strong foundation is where everything begins.

The parent company behind ZU2B is PillarCopia — a name built from two purposeful words that define how we approach everything we create. And it’s no coincidence: zutabea, the Basque root of ZU2B, means pillar. The names were always meant to point to the same idea.
Just like architectural pillars support entire structures, we aim to be the backbone of your digital presence. A pillar doesn’t just hold things up — it makes everything else possible.

Beyond business, we are deeply committed to making a meaningful impact. We recognize that not every organization has the resources or technical knowledge to establish an online presence — yet having one can be critical for visibility, fundraising, and outreach.
That’s why we are building a sponsorship program that will go directly toward helping nonprofits, community groups, and mission-driven organizations gain access to professional websites and digital tools. This program is currently in development.
When launched, these sponsorships will allow us to:
- Help build and maintain websites for organizations in need
- Provide hosting and technical support at little to no cost
- Empower causes that are making a difference but lack digital resources
- Bridge the gap between great missions and online visibility
Non-profit support
Qualifying nonprofits will be able to get started with a custom website at no cost for the first year (other than domain registration), made possible through our sponsorship program.
Community organizations
Local clubs, advocacy groups, and community programs will be able to apply directly on our site once the program launches.
