Terms of Service

ZU2B is a digital products and web services business operating under the parent brand PillarCopia, based in Florida, United States. These Terms of Service govern all digital products sold or distributed through ZU2B.com, shop.zu2b.com, and any associated Payhip storefront.

When you purchase or download a digital product from ZU2B, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or business purposes. Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• PDF guides and ebooks
• Templates, worksheets, and planners
• Swipe files, prompt libraries, and reference documents
• Checklists and action plans
• Bundled collections of any of the above

All products are delivered digitally via Payhip. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. ZU2B does not ship physical products.

Your purchase grants you a single-user, personal license to use the product for your own purposes. You may:

• Download and use the product for your own personal or business use
• Print physical copies for your own use
• Reference and apply the strategies, frameworks, and content within the product

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
• Reproduce or publish the product content publicly
• Use the product to create a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or branding
• Share your download link with others
• Use the product for commercial redistribution in any form

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Payhip, which uses Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. ZU2B does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Payhip’s terms of service and the relevant payment processor’s terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@zu2b.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or documented technical failure.

All content, materials, frameworks, and designs contained in ZU2B digital products are the intellectual property of ZU2B and PillarCopia and are protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Third-party brand names, product names, and company names referenced in our products are the property of their respective owners. ZU2B and PillarCopia are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platforms or services referenced in our materials.

ZU2B digital products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

ZU2B makes no warranties or representations regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any product for a particular purpose
• Specific results or outcomes from applying the strategies or content in any product
• The continued availability of any third-party tools, platforms, or services referenced in our products

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZU2B and PillarCopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our digital products — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Results from using ZU2B products will vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside of our control. Nothing in our products constitutes a guarantee, promise, or representation of specific outcomes or earnings. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

ZU2B reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to ZU2B.com. Your continued use of our products or website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZU2B with respect to your use of our digital products, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
