By accessing ZU2B.com or using any ZU2B product or service — including ZU2B Pulse, digital products, and web solutions — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and clients of ZU2B and PillarCopia Operating LLC.

Who We Are

ZU2B is a brand operated by PillarCopia Operating LLC. References to “ZU2B”, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these pages refer to PillarCopia Operating LLC.

Your Use of This Site

You may use ZU2B.com for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use ZU2B.com to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Reproduce, republish, or resell any ZU2B content or products without written authorization

Intellectual Property

All content on ZU2B.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, product names, and code — is the property of PillarCopia Operating LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Full details are on our IP page.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZU2B.com and all associated products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

AI-Assisted Code

Parts of ZU2B’s website templates, backend scripts, and chatbot widget frameworks — including digital products available for purchase — were developed using or with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies.

No Technical Guarantees

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted code, API integrations, or chatbot features will run flawlessly, stay error-free, or remain compatible with future third-party software updates, browser standards, or hosting environments. This applies both to features on ZU2B.com itself and to any AI-assisted product you purchase and deploy on your own site.

Chatbot Output Accuracy

AI-generated responses — including those from Batu, ZU2B’s AI chat assistant, and any AI-powered product you purchase from ZU2B — can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, despite reasonable efforts to keep them accurate. Do not rely on AI-generated output as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify anything important before acting on it.

AI Chatbot & Template Acceptable Use

When using Batu or any ZU2B AI-powered product, you agree not to attempt to manipulate the AI into producing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; submit sensitive personal information you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party AI provider; or use an AI-assisted template or chatbot framework to build a product or service that violates applicable law. If you purchase a product that connects to a third-party AI provider — such as Anthropic’s Claude — you are responsible for your own account with that provider, your own usage costs, and your compliance with that provider’s terms and policies. See the product’s own license for details specific to that purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillarCopia Operating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZU2B.com or any ZU2B product or service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PillarCopia Operating LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of ZU2B.com or any ZU2B product or service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

PillarCopia Operating LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZU2B.com and any associated products or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases. You may also terminate your use of any ZU2B service at any time by discontinuing use and contacting us at legal@zu2b.com for any account or subscription-related requests.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@zu2b.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally — most concerns can be worked out this way. If a dispute can’t be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ZU2B.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Buying from ZU2B.

ZU2B sells digital products including guides, blueprints, toolkits, and templates. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to the following terms.

What You’re Buying

When you purchase a ZU2B digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or commercial purposes. You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Refund Policy

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download link or email after purchase confirmation. If you don’t receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us.

Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share ZU2B digital products with others — paid or unpaid. Each purchase is licensed to one individual or business entity.

Payment Processing

All transactions are handled by Stripe. ZU2B does not store your full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy and terms apply to the payment transaction itself. See stripe.com/privacy.

Using the Pulse tool.

ZU2B Pulse is a website health tool with a free tier and paid plans, available at Pulse/homepage. By using Pulse, you agree to the following.

What Pulse Does

Pulse scans publicly accessible information about any domain you enter and returns a health report across twelve metrics. Results are generated from publicly available data and are provided for informational purposes only.

Image Optimizer (FOTEGRAF)

ZU2B Pulse provides FOTEGRAF, a browser-based image optimization tool that allows users to resize, compress, and convert supported image files.

Image Processing and Privacy

Image processing takes place locally in your browser. Image files selected for optimization are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for processing. This applies to individual images, batch optimization, image editing, format conversion, and ZIP generation.

FOTEGRAF’s image-processing functionality does not transmit image content, filenames, file sizes, or image dimensions to analytics systems. The surrounding website may collect limited technical and usage information through analytics, depending on your analytics consent preferences. Such analytics are separate from image processing.

Supported Formats and Limitations

FOTEGRAF supports specified image formats and provides optimization options based on the selected output format. Results vary according to the original file, its dimensions, format, and selected settings. Optimization is not guaranteed to reduce every file’s size.

Animated GIF files are preserved during batch optimization rather than converted. In single-image mode, users may explicitly choose to convert an animated GIF into a still image, which retains only the first frame and removes the animation. GIF animation detection may not be possible for every malformed or unsupported file; when animation cannot be verified, the tool may preserve the original file rather than process it.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, modify, and convert any image you process through FOTEGRAF. You are also responsible for reviewing the resulting files before using or publishing them.

FOTEGRAF is provided as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee that optimized images will meet every platform’s technical requirements, preserve every characteristic of the original file, or produce a particular level of compression.

Account Registration

Pro and Agency plans require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Pulse offers a free tier and paid Pro and Agency subscription plans, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice; continued use after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pulse subscription at any time through your account’s billing portal, or by emailing legal@zu2b.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and no service is cut off early. Fees already charged are non-refundable except as required by applicable law; we don’t issue partial-period refunds.

After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your saved reports are not deleted automatically when you cancel, and you can delete any of them yourself at any time. If you cancel during a free trial, no charge is made and trial access ends immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review your case.

Accuracy

Pulse results are informational, not diagnostic. We make no warranty that Pulse scores are complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Do not rely solely on Pulse results for security, compliance, or business-critical decisions.

Performance metrics — including Core Web Vitals signals such as LCP, INP, and CLS — are estimated from server response time and page weight using heuristic analysis rather than a full browser render, and may differ from values reported by Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, or Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) data.

We don’t currently delete saved scan reports on a schedule. They stay in your account until you delete them or your account is deleted, and you can delete any report yourself at any time. If we introduce retention limits in the future, we’ll say so on this page first. You’re responsible for exporting or saving anything you want to keep.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZU2B Pulse. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these Terms before you use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The Service performs passive, read-only HTTP checks against publicly accessible URLs — including URLs you do not own — for legitimate purposes such as competitive analysis, benchmarking, and performance research. You may not:

• Submit URLs for the purpose of conducting unauthorized security testing, exploitation, or targeted attacks against any website or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from third-party websites beyond the passive performance signals the Service is designed to measure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns or circumvents rate limits.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

User Content

The Service may allow you to submit URLs and other information for analysis (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Where you submit URLs you own or control, you represent that you have the right to do so. Where you submit publicly accessible third-party URLs for passive performance analysis (such as competitor benchmarking), you represent that your use is lawful and consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all URLs and content you submit.

Availability

Pulse’s free tier is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We may modify, limit, or discontinue access to any tier at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify paid subscribers in advance of material changes.

Working with ZU2B.

ZU2B offers done-for-you web solutions including custom website builds and hosting. These terms apply to all web services clients.

Scope of Work

The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for web services engagements are defined in a separate written agreement between you and PillarCopia Operating LLC. These general terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback during the build process
• Supply any content, images, or materials you own the rights to use
• Maintain domain registrations and any third-party accounts required for your site
• Not use ZU2B-hosted infrastructure for illegal, harmful, or abusive content or activities

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content published on your website. PillarCopia Operating LLC does not review or endorse client content and is not liable for any claims arising from it. We reserve the right to suspend hosting of content that violates applicable law or our acceptable use standards.

Nonprofit Sponsorship Program

Qualifying nonprofits and community organizations may receive a first-year website at no cost through ZU2B’s sponsorship program. Program terms are provided separately. Domain registration is required and remains the responsibility of the recipient organization. Sponsorships are not tax-deductible — see zu2b.com for the full sponsorship disclosure.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

Monthly Retainer & Recurring Billing

ZU2B Done-For-You web services include an optional monthly hosting and maintenance retainer. The following terms apply to all recurring retainer agreements.

Billing Start Date

Monthly retainer billing begins upon your written approval of the completed website. By approving the site — whether by email confirmation or any other written acknowledgment — you authorize recurring monthly charges at the agreed retainer rate. No billing occurs prior to your approval.

Retainer Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by submitting written notice to legal@zu2b.com. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required before the next billing date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your site will remain hosted through the end of the paid period.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you at the email address on file. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and complete the outstanding payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your hosted site until the balance is cleared. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of the retainer agreement.

Retainer Scope

The monthly retainer covers hosting on ZU2B infrastructure, free SSL maintenance, and minor content updates as defined in your service agreement (typically up to 1 hour per month). The following are not included in the retainer and are quoted separately:

• New pages or major layout changes
• Adding e-commerce or booking integrations
• Graphic design or logo work
• SEO campaigns or paid advertising management

What we collect and why.

We collect only what we need, use it only for what we say, and don’t sell it. That’s the short version. Here’s the full picture.

Information You Give Us

Email address — collected when you subscribe to the ZU2B blog or newsletter, submit a contact form, or request information about web services. Used to send you the content or response you asked for, and occasional ZU2B updates if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment information — when you purchase a ZU2B digital product, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a transaction confirmation and your email address. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking details. Those stay with Stripe.

Project information — web services clients may share business information, content, and materials as part of the build process. This is used solely to complete your project and is not shared with third parties.

ZU2B Storefront Purchases (Domains, Hosting, Security, Marketing & Website Services)

When you purchase domains, hosting, security services, marketing tools, professional email, or Website Builder through our storefront at services.zu2b.com, that purchase is fulfilled through our reseller relationship with GoDaddy. GoDaddy processes the payment, provides the underlying infrastructure, and handles direct customer support for these specific products. For the full terms governing these purchases, see GoDaddy’s own legal agreements.

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use ZU2B.com. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location (country/city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to track sessions, and only loads after you consent through our cookie banner. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by managing your preferences through our cookie banner at any time.

Google Translate — a “Translate this page” link is available in the site footer for visitors who prefer to read ZU2B.com in another language. Nothing loads until you click it. Once clicked, your browser requests Google’s translation service directly, which sets a cookie to remember your chosen language. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle this.

Server logs — our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data (IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). These logs are used for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for marketing.

ZU2B Pulse

Pulse works a little differently from the rest of ZU2B.com, so it gets its own section here.

Scans — when you run a scan, you submit a website address and we analyze it. We save every scan: the address, the scores, and the recommendations. If you’re signed in, the report is saved to your account. If you’re not, it’s saved without a name or account attached, but it is still stored. See “Data Retention” below for how long.

Report links — each saved report has a link, and that link is not password-protected. Anyone who has a report’s link can open it and see the scanned address, the scores, and the recommendations. It does not show the name or email of the person who ran the scan. Please don’t scan an address if you wouldn’t want its results seen by others.

Anonymous scan notifications — when someone runs a scan without an account, we receive a notification email with the scanned address and the score, so we can see how Pulse is being used. It doesn’t include the visitor’s IP address, and it stays in our inbox until we delete it.

Accounts — when you create a Pulse account, we collect your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, never as plain text. Your account holds your saved reports, any website-health reminders or alerts you set up, and your sign-in sessions, which record the IP address they were started from.

Billing — paid Pulse plans are billed through Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, and its status and renewal date. We never see or store your card number, and we don’t keep your card brand or last four digits. When someone subscribes or cancels, we also receive a notification showing their email address, plan, and Stripe customer ID.

Emails from Pulse — Pulse sends password-reset emails, a welcome email when you subscribe, a scan-complete email each time a signed-in user runs a scan, score-drop alerts and website-health reminders you’ve set up, and the report emails described next. They are sent through the email service built into Airo, the GoDaddy platform that hosts Pulse.

Emailing a report — if you enter your email address to receive a report, we email you the results and send a copy to ourselves. We store your email address together with the scan details, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Batu, Our AI Assistant

Batu is the AI-powered chat assistant available on ZU2B.com and reachable from ZU2B Pulse reports. Here’s what happens when you use it.

Conversation content — messages you send to Batu are processed by Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI models that power Batu, in order to generate a response. We don’t use your Batu conversations for advertising, and we don’t share them beyond what’s needed to generate a reply — or, if you choose to continue with a real person, to hand your conversation off to our support team so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

What’s stored on your device — your conversation is saved in your browser, not on our servers, for up to 24 hours, so it’s still there if you close the chat, refresh the page, or come back later. A lightweight summary of what you last asked about is kept a little longer, up to 3 days, so Batu can say something like “welcome back” without holding onto the full conversation. Neither of these ever leaves your device.

What’s stored on our servers — if you type something but leave without sending it, if you give feedback (thumbs up or down, with an optional note), or if Batu isn’t confident in an answer, that may be logged so we can review it and improve Batu over time. This can include the text you typed, the page you were on, and Batu’s response. Your browser’s IP address is also used briefly to prevent abuse of the chat — this isn’t stored long-term.

How We Use Your Information

• To send newsletter or blog content you’ve subscribed to
• To complete web services projects
• To run Pulse accounts, scans, saved reports, and subscriptions
• To understand site traffic and improve ZU2B.com

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone
• We do not share your information with advertisers
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising
• We do not build profiles on individual visitors for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing for purchases and Pulse subscriptions. stripe.com/privacy
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics on ZU2B.com and Pulse, loaded only after consent. policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Translate — on-demand page translation, loaded only if you click the translate link. policies.google.com/privacy

• GoDaddy — infrastructure, payment processing, and support fulfillment for storefront purchases (domains, hosting, security, marketing, email, Website Builder). services.zu2b.com/legal-agreements

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Legal Requests and Business Changes

We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order, or to protect the rights and safety of PillarCopia Operating LLC, our users, or the public. If PillarCopia Operating LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we’ll update this page if that happens.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Web services client materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after. Batu conversation logs kept for review (unsent drafts, feedback, and low-confidence answers) are capped at the most recent 200 entries per category, with older entries automatically removed as new ones are added. Pulse accounts and their saved reports are kept while the account is active; you can delete individual reports yourself, or ask us to delete your account and the data in it. Pulse scans run without an account aren’t tied to anyone, and we don’t currently delete them on a schedule. Email addresses given to receive a report are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, store passwords in hashed form, and limit access to account data to what’s needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to receive a copy of it in a common machine-readable format, to object to or ask us to limit certain uses of it, and to opt out of any email communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@zu2b.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. Pulse doesn’t have a delete-account button yet, so for account deletion just email us and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s Privacy

ZU2B.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. ZU2B Kids content is educational material intended to be accessed with parental guidance. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

What we track and how.

ZU2B.com uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to support site functionality and understand how visitors use the site. We manage cookie consent through Real Cookie Banner, which asks for your preferences before any non-essential service loads and lets you change your choices at any time.

Here’s what falls into each category:

• Essential — Stripe payment session cookies, set only during an active checkout, and required for the purchase to complete. On Pulse, also a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account.
• Functional — Google Translate, which sets a cookie to remember your chosen language if you use the “Translate this page” link.
• Statistics — Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. This only loads after you consent, on ZU2B.com and on Pulse.

Pulse (pulse.zu2b.com) has its own cookie banner rather than Real Cookie Banner. It asks before loading analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics and a GoDaddy analytics script (loaded from GoDaddy’s servers, which host Pulse) measure how Pulse is used, including which links and buttons are clicked. If you decline, neither loads. It saves your choice in your browser’s local storage for up to a year. The Cookie Policy above covers ZU2B.com; Pulse’s cookies are the ones described on this page.

Separately from cookies, the Batu chat assistant uses your browser’s local storage to remember your conversation (up to 24 hours) and, more briefly, what you last asked about (up to 3 days) — so you don’t lose your place if you close the chat or come back later. This stays on your device and isn’t part of the cookie mechanisms described above.
