By accessing ZU2B.com or using any ZU2B product or service — including ZU2B Pulse, digital products, and web solutions — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and clients of ZU2B and PillarCopia Operating LLC.

Who We Are

ZU2B is a brand operated by PillarCopia Operating LLC. References to “ZU2B”, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these pages refer to PillarCopia Operating LLC.

Your Use of This Site

You may use ZU2B.com for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use ZU2B.com to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Reproduce, republish, or resell any ZU2B content or products without written authorization

Intellectual Property

All content on ZU2B.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, product names, and code — is the property of PillarCopia Operating LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Full details are on our IP page.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZU2B.com and all associated products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillarCopia Operating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZU2B.com or any ZU2B product or service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PillarCopia Operating LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of ZU2B.com or any ZU2B product or service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

PillarCopia Operating LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZU2B.com and any associated products or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases. You may also terminate your use of any ZU2B service at any time by discontinuing use and contacting us at legal@zu2b.com for any account or subscription-related requests.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ZU2B.com shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ZU2B.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Buying from ZU2B.

ZU2B sells digital products including guides, blueprints, toolkits, and templates. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to the following terms.

What You’re Buying

When you purchase a ZU2B digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or commercial purposes. You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Refund Policy

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download link or email after purchase confirmation. If you don’t receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us.

Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share ZU2B digital products with others — paid or unpaid. Each purchase is licensed to one individual or business entity.

Payment Processing

All transactions are handled by Stripe. ZU2B does not store your full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy and terms apply to the payment transaction itself. See stripe.com/privacy.

Using the Pulse tool.

ZU2B Pulse is a free website health monitoring tool available at pulse.zu2b.com. By using Pulse, you agree to the following.

What Pulse Does

Pulse scans publicly accessible information about any domain you enter and returns a health report across twelve metrics. Results are generated from publicly available data and are provided for informational purposes only.

Accuracy

Pulse results are informational, not diagnostic. We make no warranty that Pulse scores are complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Do not rely solely on Pulse results for security, compliance, or business-critical decisions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZU2B Pulse. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these Terms before you use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The Service performs passive, read-only HTTP checks against publicly accessible URLs — including URLs you do not own — for legitimate purposes such as competitive analysis, benchmarking, and performance research. You may not:

• Submit URLs for the purpose of conducting unauthorized security testing, exploitation, or targeted attacks against any website or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from third-party websites beyond the passive performance signals the Service is designed to measure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns or circumvents rate limits.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

User Content

The Service may allow you to submit URLs and other information for analysis (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Where you submit URLs you own or control, you represent that you have the right to do so. Where you submit publicly accessible third-party URLs for passive performance analysis (such as competitor benchmarking), you represent that your use is lawful and consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all URLs and content you submit.

Availability

Pulse is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We may modify, limit, or discontinue access to Pulse at any time without notice.

Working with ZU2B.

ZU2B offers done-for-you web solutions including custom website builds and hosting. These terms apply to all web services clients.

Scope of Work

The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for web services engagements are defined in a separate written agreement between you and PillarCopia Operating LLC. These general terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback during the build process
• Supply any content, images, or materials you own the rights to use
• Maintain domain registrations and any third-party accounts required for your site
• Not use ZU2B-hosted infrastructure for illegal, harmful, or abusive content or activities

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content published on your website. PillarCopia Operating LLC does not review or endorse client content and is not liable for any claims arising from it. We reserve the right to suspend hosting of content that violates applicable law or our acceptable use standards.

Nonprofit Sponsorship Program

Qualifying nonprofits and community organizations may receive a first-year website at no cost through ZU2B’s sponsorship program. Program terms are provided separately. Domain registration is required and remains the responsibility of the recipient organization. Sponsorships are not tax-deductible — see zu2b.com for the full sponsorship disclosure.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

Monthly Retainer & Recurring Billing

ZU2B Done-For-You web services include an optional monthly hosting and maintenance retainer. The following terms apply to all recurring retainer agreements.

Billing Start Date

Monthly retainer billing begins upon your written approval of the completed website. By approving the site — whether by email confirmation or any other written acknowledgment — you authorize recurring monthly charges at the agreed retainer rate. No billing occurs prior to your approval.

Retainer Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by submitting written notice to legal@zu2b.com. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required before the next billing date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your site will remain hosted through the end of the paid period.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you at the email address on file. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and complete the outstanding payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your hosted site until the balance is cleared. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of the retainer agreement.

Retainer Scope

The monthly retainer covers hosting on ZU2B infrastructure, free SSL maintenance, and minor content updates as defined in your service agreement (typically up to 1 hour per month). The following are not included in the retainer and are quoted separately:

• New pages or major layout changes
• Adding e-commerce or booking integrations
• Graphic design or logo work
• SEO campaigns or paid advertising management

What we collect and why.

We collect only what we need, use it only for what we say, and don’t sell it. That’s the short version. Here’s the full picture.

Information You Give Us

Email address — collected when you subscribe to the ZU2B blog or newsletter, submit a contact form, or request information about web services. Used to send you the content or response you asked for, and occasional ZU2B updates if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment information — when you purchase a ZU2B digital product, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a transaction confirmation and your email address. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking details. Those stay with Stripe.

Project information — web services clients may share business information, content, and materials as part of the build process. This is used solely to complete your project and is not shared with third parties.

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use ZU2B.com. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location (country/city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to track sessions. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs — our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data (IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). These logs are used for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for marketing.

ZU2B Pulse

When you use ZU2B Pulse, you submit a domain name for analysis. We do not collect personal information through Pulse scans. The domain you enter is used only to run the health check and is not stored or associated with your identity.

How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill purchases and deliver digital products
• To respond to inquiries and service requests
• To send newsletter or blog content you’ve subscribed to
• To complete web services projects
• To understand site traffic and improve ZU2B.com
• To maintain security and prevent fraud

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone
• We do not share your information with advertisers
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising
• We do not build profiles on individual visitors for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Google Analytics — site analytics. policies.google.com/privacy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Web services client materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of any email communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@zu2b.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

Children’s Privacy

ZU2B.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. ZU2B Kids content is educational material intended to be accessed with parental guidance. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

What we track and how.

ZU2B.com uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to support site functionality and understand how visitors use the site. This includes Google Analytics for anonymized traffic data, functional cookies required by WordPress, and payment session cookies set by Stripe during checkout.
